🛒 Buy now (in stock)
The item is ready. Add it to your cart, check out, and we deliver it to you anywhere in Namibia (or you can arrange to collect it). Easy and fast.
🌍 Pre-order
Some items are brought in specially and delivered to your address. You pay upfront to place the order, and delivery takes a little longer than in-stock items — we keep you updated the whole way, and the price is all-inclusive with nothing extra on arrival.
🛎️ Order-for-me (deposit & collect)
Not in stock? We'll get it for you. Pay a deposit to confirm, we order it in, and you pay the balance and collect it from us once it arrives. We agree the price and timeline with you first.
🗓️ Lay-by (pay over time)
Want it but not all at once? Reserve the item with a first payment, pay the rest in instalments that suit you, and collect it as soon as it's fully paid. No card needed — we arrange the plan with you on WhatsApp.
🚚 Delivery & collection
We deliver nationwide across Namibia, and you can collect from us in Windhoek. Delivery fees and times are shown at checkout and in our Delivery Policy.
❌ Cancelling an order
Changed your mind on a pre-order or order-for-me item? Message us before we place it with the supplier and you get a full refund. After that it can't be cancelled. Full details are on our Policies page.
↩️ Returns
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours and we'll make it right. See our Returns & Privacy page for the full details.
